Once you have completed the online training and testing, please print and mail your certification to Lafayette Parish Clerk of Court, Attn: Alaina Richard, P.O. Box 2009, Lafayette, LA 70502 or email your certification to Alaina.Richard@lpclerk.com.
THESE TESTS ARE FOR CURRENT
COMMISSIONERS TO RECERTIFY FOR THE NEXT 4 YEARS.
Camera phones are not permitted in the Lafayette Parish Courthouse.
